Microsoft’s Head of Public Relations, Janelle Poole, has stated that the next Windows 8 Download will be available in late February of 2012. This announcement was made at the CES 2012. Most individuals familiar with Windows 8 know of the Beta Windows 8 Download rumored to be coming in early 2012, the latest download announced by Janelle. The official title of the latest Windows 8 Download is the “Windows Consumer Preview” and is expected to boast some big changes since the Developer Preview was released in September 2011.

There have been some incredible changes noted to the public already since the Developer Preview so this latest Windows 8 Download is sure to impress. There will be one last Download in the series before the final Windows 8 product is released and according to sources the next Windows 8 Downloadwill be titled the Enterprise Preview. The goal of these Windows 8 Download installments is to assess compatibility with the PC users and make improvements based on the feedback received from each one.
